2. Shipping Costs We love treating our customers, which is why we offer FREE Shipping on most of our products! However, depending on the supplier, size, or weight of certain specific items, a small shipping fee may apply. If a product requires a shipping fee, it will be clearly calculated and displayed to you at checkout before you make any payment. No hidden charges, ever!

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes Once your order is processed and dispatched, standard delivery typically takes about 5 to 9 business days, depending on your location in India. (Note: These are estimated timeframes. Delivery to metro cities is usually faster, while remote areas might take a few extra days).

4. Order Tracking As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package live.

5. Delivery Issues and Delays While we try our best to ensure timely deliveries, sometimes unexpected delays happen due to bad weather, courier issues, or public holidays. 6. International Shipping Currently, Zevilo only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
